职位描述：
? Make designs for new projects; communicate the technical solutions, create 3D and 2D drawing, create the BOM;
? Understand the market demand in order to present equivalent product to market;
? Manage new project schedule and keep it under control;
? Finalize the technical specification, test parameter, process, tolerance, etc. for new projects;
? Work with supplier to identify the mold structure and process;
? Prepare the technical/work request for QC and production department;
? Define the assembly/testing fixture;
? Define the checking item and the checking method;
? Help Purchasing Department to finalize the quotation for new projects;
? Improve the design of old product;
? Follow new projects which are managed by the Italian headquarter and which will be produced in China;

Qualifications & Skills
Solid knowledge on plastic injection mold, cold stamping mold, machining process, etc.
Solid knowledge on generally used plastic material, metal and corresponding process, etc.
More than 5 years in R&D experience in consumer product area - Experience in high pressure washer is a plus.
Working knowledge of common software like Pro/E, Solidwork, AutoCAD, Word, etc.
Project management knowledge and experience.
Self-motivated and independent. Capability to work under pressure.
Open mind and willing to communicate/share ideas/information with colleagues and peers.
