职位描述：
This position needs to be based in Hangzhou for around one year, will transfer to Changzhou after the new site operates.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the company’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements;
2. Take full charge of all quality issues during whole production process;
3. Implement strategies for quality function, including quality system establishment & maintenance, process improvement, KPI measurement, etc.
4. Coordinate internal management reviews and conduct quality system audits so as to achieve quality approval;
5. Monitor and inform standards created by external bodies, and integrate within internal quality management systems;
6. Constantly Coach, train & develop a competent quality team.
7. Responsible for internal & external ISO audit.
8. Responsible for supplier and subcontractor qualify certified and review, contact customers for product quality and process related issues.
9. Other tasks assigned by GM.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Over 5 years working experience focused on quality management.
3. Experienced in with quality systems such as PPAP, APQP, ISO9000, ISO14000, etc
4. Familiar with process quality control.
5. Excellent multi-tasking skills.
6. Good communication, organization, coordination ability and high spirit of teamwork;
7. Knowledge of basic quality control tools and able to apply QA concepts in Quality Planning and Quality Improvement.
8. Familiar with basic quality control tools, also implement into quality plan and improvement.
9. Have rich experience and ability for establishment, implement and control quality management system.
