职位描述：
-Take part in the definition of PFMEA and Control Plan
参与PFMEA和控制计划的制定
-Monitoring of actions plans derived from derogations
监控特采方案的实施
-Implement quality training to production auditors
对Auditor进行培训
-Monitoring preventive actions
监控预防措施的实施
-Improvement proposals
提出改善建议
-Push for the resolution of quality problems
推动质量问题的解决
-Management of Non-conforming and Non-conforming material
管理不符合项及不合格品
-Support quality system implement process audit
为体系工程师实施内审提供支持
-Support quality system accomplish the audit report
为体系工程师完成审核报告提供支持
-Analysis and management of complaints and clients returns
分析并处理客户投诉及客户退货
-Confirm and deal with the affected material
确认并处理受影响的产品
-Lead a team to analysis the root cause and corrective action
领导小组分析根本原因并给出改善措施
-Reply the 8D report
回复8D报告
-Follow up corrective action implementation
跟进改善措施的实施
-Visit the client (of maintenance or due to complaints and / or returns).
拜访客户（维护客户关系，处理客户投诉或退货等）
-Support project manager implement APQP
为项目经理实施APQP提供支持
-Mange and maintenance maters sample
管理和维护标准样品
-Transfer and implement customer’s quality requirement
传递并实施客户的质量要求
-Update procedures according to the observed needs.
根据实际需求更新程序文件
-Implement and verify corrective and preventive action
实施和验证预防措施

岗位需求：
-Major in mechanical or related.
机械或相关专业
-Knowledge of material and processes
熟悉材料及加工工艺
-At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position or related.
至少3年同岗位或相关的工作经历。
-Good knowledge of quality tools and strong quality problems solving skills.
熟悉质量工具和较强的解决问题的能力
-Familiar with 8D, FMEA,PPAP,APQP is preferred
熟悉8D,FMEA,PPAP,APQP更佳
-Proactivity 积极主动
-Reactivity 反应迅速
-Analytical 具有分析能力
-Multidisciplinary teamwork 跨部门的团队合作能力
-Focused on the attainment of established goals 专注于目标的达成
-English (medium level), good oral and written English
