职位描述：
QinSky is an office linked to the French Cargo Group, representing more than 15 branches importing a large range of products from China (For GERS EQUIPEMENT, ROLDAN, SITRAM, COGEX, TURBOCAR etc…). A big part of its activity covers inspection QC in factory before the shipment, as well as sourcing, audits, R&D and a Cookware laboratory.
With a continuous flow of inspections, and suppliers in all provinces, increasing numbers of samples to check arriving in our office, we need to increase our team to be highly reactive.
？ In this purpose, we are seeking for an in-house inspector / Inspector in our Ningbo office.

QUALITY INSPECTOR:
Main tasks:
1/ CHECK SAMPLES (50-70% of time in the office):

？ According to arrival of parcels/samples, the Qinsky office in collaboration with BRANCHES Staff in Ningbo as well as in France will be able to alert when in-house inspector presence at office would be required to inspect samples (1 Pc/item).
-Notify arrival of samples and keep track of the listing in available tables.
-Communicate with factory / office staff if any problem encountered for reception / planning follow-up.
-Proceed to sample-check according to SOP.
-Edition of reports for checks and upload/communication of results.
2/ CHECK SAMPLES/CARTON INSPECTION (Rare)

- According to arrival of cartons (seldom), proceed to carton inspection on the base of a PSI/FRI inspections rules and report (Any branch can be concerned).

3/ INSPECTOR (in Factory 30-50% of time)

- Perform inspection according to Qinsky Process in Zhejiang (most cases)/other province factories (More Inspector QC traditional job type here).
- Some travels “out of the province” would be necessary for inspection.
- Edit report on our model following the inspection with detail and precision.
- Communicate with our Ningbo office: QC Manager/report reviewer to keep good/regular communication and feedback about the inspections results/issues and with our planning team.
- Involve in the quality process and with our quality team, help improving inspection solutions.
Job to begin: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Profile:
- 1 year experience in inspection field would be a plus, as inspector. (Different range of product can be accepted but items related to car and automotive field would be a real plus)
- Good Written and spoken English are necessary.

(A Complete training about our process and regular visits / meetings will be organized) until complete autonomy/knowledge of specifications/requirements.
-Detailed oriented, focused, honest, responsible, autonomous, with good analytical skills and able to follow really carefully one process.

Working time: 5 Days a week (But weekend work could happen, rarely)
Salary: According to QinSky Rule: Salary + Housing fund + Social coverage (insurance including health, retirement…)
Salary: negotiable / according to experience
