Major Task of Account Manager:
1. Establish and develop relationship with the relevant partners and end customers account departments i.e. planning, engineering, operations, purchasing when applicable, top management and finance.
2. Build effective relationships with existing and prospective accounts selling at all levels within the organization.
3. Achieve or exceed the assigned annual order intake & revenue target and to increase market share.
4. Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
5. Open opportunities and manage them via CRM tool.
6. Lead the bidding process and document all transactions with the customers i.e. letters, emails, proposals, RFPs and etc.
7. Submit the weekly Sales Daily Activity Report.
8. Participate and update on the Sales weekly meeting, Kick-Off Meetings, Market Review, etc.
9. Supervise and monitor the PO processing.
10. Lead the kick-off Meetings,
11. Negotiate on Commercial and Legal terms in order to achieve final contract.
12. Supervise and monitor the collection until final collection has been made.
13. Supervise and monitor the project implementation until final acceptance has been issued
14. Contract management and verification.
Qualifications for Sales Manager:
* Must be a licensed ECE graduate in a reputable University.
* At least more than 7 years’ experience as Sales/Marketing in a telecommunication company or telecom vendor.
* Must have a good established relationship with the Utility/Defense / communication market
* Fluent in English (with excellent communication skills, both oral and written).
* Professional motivated and has the ability to function well in a distributed field sales organization.
* Must possess good time management skills to require in building effective relationships with customers.
* Ability to articulate corporate messaging through presentation, demonstration and open discussion with customers.
* Knowledgeable in Optical Transport & Data.
