Major Responsibilities/Primary Functions

1. Works closely with internal department staff to develop and implement strategic project plans.

2. Has a thorough understanding of the planning, creative and production processes.

3. Assist account manager to manages project schedules and ensures project deliverables are delivered on time and on budget.

4. Produces campaign budgets and estimate updates.

5. Manages collaborative project internal and external communication and documentation.

6. Works in a proactive manner to provide own campaigns with the greatest amount of added value through communications.

7. Analyzes partners input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc., to produce full communications plans.

8. Writes Service Reports; reviews important developments with team leader.

9. Continuously works to upgrade knowledge and skills through available reading, courses and seminars.

Qualifications, Distinguishing Characteristics and Special Requirements

1. 2+years working experience, At least 1 years in 4A agency

2. Digital experience bias, familiar with social area

3. Good personality & Character.
