职位描述：
? Handle all repairs including watches, jewellery and accessories from all shops, wholesale and travel retail in system.
? Manage FOC request to Regional After Sales for products under warranty
? Handle External Contracting Activities – Jewelry and Accessories
? Consolidate Monthly/ Quarterly Statistics for watches and jewellery
? Answer and follow up on requests from all channels regarding
? Follow up with Regional After Sales on outstanding repairs and spare part orders
? Spare parts Exchange process with the Regional After Sales
? Manage warranty/ FOC claims on a monthly basis
? Spare parts management including watch accessories and technical spare parts
? Prepare period shipment to Regional After Sales
? Handle sales of watch accessories to wholesale

任职资格：
? College or above degree with major in Administration related subject
? Good command of English in both written and spoken, above CET-4
? At least 3 years’ working experience in Customer Service in MNC/FIO. Preferably related to repairs administration in jewel /watches and accessories
? Customer Service Oriented and Repair technical background preferred
? Proficiency on operation of Ms Office & ERP operation such as SAP
? Strong negotiation and coordination skills, good team player, integrity
