Job Description:


* Implement Lean Supplier Development. Proactively and reactively engage the supply base as it relates to lean manufacturing / continuous improvement and quality.
* Determine and improve supplier capabilities with respect to product launch, capacity management, quality control, corrective action and project management.
* Collaborate with New Product Development, Component Engineers and Current Product Engineering to resolve any Supplier First Article issues.
* Ability to perform time studies to determine value added and non-value added activities within a process and provide possible solutions to eliminate the waste. Calculate the impacts of improvements to determine benefits (time, material, transportation, inventory, packaging and etc.).
* Set up incoming quality & final machine check list for new product and train IQC
* Deploy Supplier Quality Program including Supplier Quality Assessments, Supplier Correct Actions, Quality Notifications, Root Cause/Counter Measure, Calibration Program Reviews and other supplier quality tasks and duties as assigned.
* Responsible for monthly quality report including, supplier PPM, warranty, & STQ releasement, and develop improvement initiatives.
* Take the lead to establish and maintain the ISO quality management system internally.
* Other tasks department leader assigned.



Requirement:


* Bachelor level degree with a concentration in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields.
* 2 or more years work related experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality or Operations.
* MS Office, SAP or related ERP experience.
* Manufacturing and/or Distribution and Logistics experience.
* Quality control experience.
* Results oriented with a strong focus on lean and quality systems.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate and support other functional areas including finance, legal, R&D, and Operations.
* Strong oral and written communication skills across many functions and levels of the organization.
* Willingness to be flexible and adjust to a changing work environment.
* Positive attitude.
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally, while maintaining a client service orientation.
* Demonstrated Emotional intelligence and ability to coach and be coached
* Characterized by integrity and high professional standards.
* Good knowledge of quality practices and procedures including Quality Management system and ISO requirements 举报 分享
