职位描述：
工作职责：
1。参与生产线的安装、调试、验收和最终验收。
2。与操作一起做改善。
3。制定预防性维修计划和记录。
4.领导供应商维修和维护设备和基础设施并做好记录。
5。改进设备的性能计划和执行时间。
6。对操作工进行SOP培训和日常维护。
7。了解零件图。

资格/要求：
1、4年以上工作经验，机械相关专业，优先考虑模具和模具维护
2、有机床维护经验，有数控机床经验者优先。
3、机械制图知识
4、TPM，PM和机器改造的技能
5、具有一定的机械、电气、电子方面的故障排除能力
6。机床知识，Pneumatics

Job Responsibilities:
1. Join the production line installation , debugging , check and final acceptance.
2. Work with operation to do the change over.
2. Make the preventive maintenance plan and record.
3. Lead supplier to repair and maintain equipment and basal facilities and make record.
4. Make improve equipment performance plan and implement up-time.
5. Give the training to operator for SOP and daily maintenance .
6. Understand the part drawing.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1. Job experience minimum 5 years, preferentially in tooling and Die set maintenance
2. Experience with maintenance of machine, experience CNC control machines is advantage.
3. Knowledge of the mechanical drawing
4. Skills in TPM, PM and machine modification
5. Must have good trouble shooting skills in mechanics, electricity and electronics
