You will
? Overall assistant for the central TA team
? Manage the internal and external online recruitment channels such as EF Opportunities intranet platform, 51job, Zhaopin, etc., including posting, updating and deleting jobs in time;
? Support in CV screening, initial contact with potential candidates for junior positions;
? Assistant HR Manager for interview arrangement.
? Support on other administrative, recruitment and training related project
Profile
? You love the education and culture industry;
? You are creative, analytical, presentable, detailed oriented and persistent;
? You enjoy working in a fast-pace multicultural environment;
Motivation:
? Passion of working with people
? Great interests in working with details
? Willingness and initiative to taking responsibility
You are/have
? University student
? Excellent communication skills in English
? Ability to work 3 days+ per week
? A true team player
? Overseas study or travel experience is a plus
