As a Sales Advisor within Suitsupply you relate naturally to both customers and colleagues. You combine elegance with expertise or you are able to develop this skill. As an online sales advisor/personal stylist, you will actively engage customers to provide comprehensive service and support in their shopping experience, so a highly-organized, amiable and detailed personality is a must. You will advise your customers with your outstanding personal style to select the perfect clothes by phone, email, and social media like Wechat. You are the ‘face' of the business – owning customer experience and promoting a culture that ensures the customer is at the center of everything we do.

Responsibilities
- In charge of web store sales orders, deliveries and returns, register and report daily data
- Proactively providing the customers with size, fit and style advice
- Handling customer complaints, answering inquiries from customers ( chat, phone, email, etc )
- Creating and maintaining customer information, order and contact
- Ensuring optimal customer experience and satisfaction.
- Providing a generally heightened level of customer service
- Working closely with internal cross-functional departments such as Finance and Logistic to ensure responsiveness to customer requests
- Ensure all relevant sales processes are compliant with company policy

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Customer service experience required
- Social media proficiency
- Retail experience preferable
- Ability of multi-tasking and team player, can do spirit
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts
