Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and surveys through variant methods, monitor competitors & market conditions, provide information to assist in company sales strategy.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, maintain an update customer database.
3. Develop new customers with good growth potential.
4. Identify advantages and compare company’s products, present to customers through variant and appropriate methods.
5. Negotiate with customer to maximize profitable selling opportunities. Develop effective written proposals, quotations and contracts in a timely manner.
6. Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
7. Follow-up for collection of payment.
8. Identify customer concerns, expedite the resolution of problems/complaints creatively.
9. Communicate new product opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through sales activity to appropriate company staff.
10. Prepare sales activity records and status reports as required.
11. Participate in marketing plans & events as needed.
12. Provide on-the-job training to junior sales employees as needed.
13. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Minimum of 5 years sales experience, familiar with hand tools industry and fully understand the process of international trading business.
3. Results-orientated, have strong sense of responsibility, be able to skillfully and efficiently meet commitments and create solutions.
4. Demonstrate positive team spirit, can coordinate well with other departments.
5. Open, aggressive, passionate and innovative, stress tolerance.
6. Possess strong communication & negotiation skills, be able to persuade and influence others.
7. Fluently expressive in English.
8. Professional appearance, can provide a positive company image to customers.
