PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The position reports to the superior(s) and will assist the latter in all matters including achieving the targeted P&L of the project(s) responsible for the daily operations of the leasing team, and maintaining good relations with clients as well as government authorities.

REQUIRMENTS

- University Graduate
- Five years and above of sales related experience.
- Ability to work comfortably with and be an effective team-player;
- Good communication with clients and information organizing skills;
- Telephone communication skills.
- Team Player and Leader;
- Proactive and self-motivated;
- Friendly, straight-forward, patient;
- Strong sense of integrity, responsibility & priority.


RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Achieve P&L of Projects

Main Activities:
a. Formulate and implement marketing strategies to achieve target P&L of projects and improve the fee-based income of company

b. Plan and monitor revenue and expenses to ensure budget is met.
c. Achieve the targeted rental and occupancy rates.
2. Leasing and Lease Administration
Main Activities:
a. Guide, train, supervise and manage the leasing team in all marketing and leasing matters.
b. Improve standard operating procedures.
c. Improve standard documents such as but not limited to Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, official correspondence with clients and external parties.
d. Engage actively in all lease and renewal negotiations and to ensure proper execution of Tenancy Agreements and all other agreements.
e. Plan and implement strategies and work closely with Property Maintenance and Management Department to ensure smooth operation.
f. Manage existing tenants and clients, and improve and expand networking channels to build up pipelines to improve occupancy of the various projects.

3. Team Management
Main Activities:
Oversee and work closely with subordinates and other colleagues to ensure cohesive team work and efficiency.

4. Relationship Building Internally & Externally.
Main Activities:
Maintain good landlord-tenant relationship and close liaison with agents and external parties.

5. Customer delight
Main Activities:
Maintain close liaison with government authorities and government related offices.
