Job Objective工作目标 :

To test the electronic boards and components both on new projects as well as on design revisions in China.To be in-line with the Electronic domain team defines.Ensure testing of key functionality & safety, compliance with technical standards(internal/external) and provide improvement proposals.
根据伊莱克斯及不同地区的的相关标准对公司多项产品的的电子零部件进行测试，并对新产品开发或改进提供建议。


Responsibilities岗位职责:

? Support the electronic technology domain team & GTC in relevant testing, validation.支持电子技术团队在测试、认证方面的支持。
? Make testing plan, set up test equipment and conduct test in lab independently according to
testing procedure and standard.根据测试标准和流程，独立制作测试计划和管理安排测试设备。
? Record test result and complete test data sheet.记录测试结果并做好数据记录。
? Faults analysis and reliability prediction.失效分析以及可行性分析、预测。
? Provide improvement proposals on test criteria。改进测试相关建议。
? Ensure proper maintenance of testing equipment according to ISO9000.根据ISO9000对测试设备进行正确维护。
? Ensure compliance with work environment and safety regulations.
? Constantly improve abilities and efficiency.
? Support the timely delivery of assigned projects; in in collaboration with Platform Leaders.
? Assist with extending the testing capability. Specification, purchase and set up of appropriate laboratory equipment.


Qualification Requirements任职要求:


? Degree in Engineering or equivalent, majored in Electronic or Electrical
? 2-3 years of relevant experience in home appliances PCBA board or component testing
? Knowledge in requirement of definition and technical specifications of electronic based
applications
? Testing methodologies (DOE, statistical methodologies )
? Good hands-on ability & team spirit
? Innovative and open minded
? Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
? Systematic at work, precise and a self starter
? Be able to read testing specification and standards in English
? Enjoys working in a team and open to other cultures
工科背景，电子相关专业，大专以上学历；
2年以上相关家电行业PCB设计或零部件测试相关经验；
了解测试方法，熟悉电子设计相关技术要求；
较强的团队合作能力，性格开朗，具备较好的英语读写能力。
