Job Objective :
To test product/component in China to be in-line with the group strategic requirement. Ensure testing of key functionality and safety, compliance with technical standards (internal/external) and provide improvement proposals.

Responsibilities:
? Support Platform teams & Product Maintenance in relevant testing, validation.
? Make testing plan, set up test equipment and conduct test in lab independently according to testing procedure and standard
? Provide improvement proposals on test criteria
? Ensure proper maintenance of testing equipment according to ISO9000
? Ensure compliance with work environment and safety regulations
? Constantly improve abilities and efficiency
? Support the timely delivery of assigned projects; in collaboration with Platform Leaders.
? Assist with extending the testing capability. Specification, purchase and set up of appropriate laboratory equipment

Qualification Requirements:
? Degree in Engineering or equivalent, majored in Electrical, Electronic or mechanical.
? 2-3 years of relevant experience in components testing.
? Knowledge of local product approval standards as they apply to appliances.
? Testing methodologies (DOE, statistical methodologies...) .
? Good hands-on ability & team spirit .
? Innovative and open minded .
? Excellent analytical & problem solving skills .
? Systematic at work, precise and a self starter .
? Be able to read testing specification and standards in English .
? Enjoys working in a team and open to other cultures.
? familiar with AS/NZS4474.1,ANSI/AHAM,ISO 15502(ISO 5155,ISO 7371,ISO 8187,ISO8561),GB/T 8059.1~4 is preferred.
