Responsibilities:

? Work with Merchandising team and product vendors to develop packaging products and services in order to meet our customers' requirements. Mainly in colour management.
? Familiar with the execution of color management devices such as X-Rite 530 and etc.
? On-hand working experiences of set up the SOP and standards on packaging.
? Lead investigations to solve packaging problems reported throughout the supply chain (warehouses and stores) and the end customer.
? Recommend, review and/or approve packages and/or the packaging vendors where it's needed.
? Manage package supplier, printer, and product vendor, etc., to continuously provide high quality packages.
? Evaluate the needs of package transit test, coordinate package transit test and artwork review by 3rd party Service Provider, and make disposition to package test failures;
? Work with vendors, package suppliers, artwork agent, and/or printers to solve problems with packages and/or artworks (graphics), request and follow up corrective actions where test fails, customer complaints, or whenever it's needed.
? Develop package performance measurement and improvement program for package development and control process.
? Analyze packaging cost, conduct packaging industry trend analysis and research.

Requirements:

? Bachelors Degree in Engineering
? Min. 5 years of work experience in packaging engineering,
? Experience in packaging manufacturing environment, packaging design agent, and/or packaging testing.
? Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
? Excellent oral and written English.
? Knowledge of package design, product presentation in stores;
? Knowledge of supply chain activities
? Experience with ISTA requirements;
? Experience with regulatory requirements on graphics by various countries / markets;
? Packaging cost analytical knowledge and experience;
? Supplier Quality Management experience.
