2、抓好各类重要文书、文件、报告、总结及其他材料的撰写和下发工作；
3、为公司建言献策，做好参谋工作；
4、负责行政会议和例会的组织、会议记录，整理出会议纪要下发；
5、负责公司党支部的建设和管理工作；
6、负责对公司各类重要证、章的监督管理；
7、做好公司重大活动的组织和接待工作；
8、负责外联及各部门协调和配合各部门工作事宜；
9、负责公司安全、保卫各项工作；
10、严格控制公司行政各项费用的支出；
11、完成总经理临时交办的工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上；
2、大型国企或合资企业5年以上办公室主任工作经验；
3、原则性强，责任感强；
