4、公司外联工作，做好证照年检、资质审核工作；
5、负责公司人身、消防、火灾等安全管理工作；
6、组织公司内部各项定期和不定期集体活动；
7、负责年度报刊、杂志订阅及借阅管理；
8、负责公司环境卫生、绿化维护管理；
9、负责公司来访接待，外联接洽；
10、负责各部门报销单据审核。
