岗位工作职责：
1、负责店铺空间的前期规划、设计；
2、负责店铺设计管理工作，审核修设计方案、扩初设计、施工图设计成果；
3、独立完善方案，对工装基础工艺做法及装饰材料熟悉；
4、负责与专业工作有关合同的管理，跟踪合同的执行情况；
5、协调机电、消防等部门做好技术工作；
6、跟进项目进度、协调解决项目设计中遇到的重大技术问题，协调相关专业间设计的配合问题；
7、持续研究新型设计理念与方法，撰写相关建议报告。


任职资格：
1、26岁以上，大专及以上学历，室内设计及环艺设计专业；
2、具备3年以上品牌公司或专业形象设计公司空间设计经验（户外运动品牌从事经验者优先）
3、有售楼处、星级酒店、会所、展厅、高档精装修公寓、商场等项目公装设计及图纸深化经验，熟悉节点制作；
4、熟练掌握建筑设计各个阶段的内容。有一定的组织协调管理能力；
5、对材料、灯光、色彩的组合运用及整体效果的控制较好；对材料成本控制良好；
6、具备优良设计及表现能力，较强的口头及书面语言表达能力；
7、能熟练使用3DMAX、AutoCAD, Photoshop等专业设计软件；
8、诚实、谦逊、有责任心，工作中具有创造力、主动性和团队合作精神。
