岗位职责：
1.负责为产品生产提供技术支持和设计服务，解决技术问题
2.清晰了解四季服装销售所需品类。
3.有独立设计、选择每季一盘货的能力。
4.负责美工、编制设计图纸、技术参数、测试标准等文件。
5.参与和跟踪新产品打样工作和生产工艺流程设计，及收验货等相关工作经验。
6.主持召开产品设计评审会议，提出设计修改意见。
7.安排好设计员的工作。配合销售经理做好外购产品的开发、评定和技术支持。
8.负责收集行业标准、各种相关产品的详细资料、图纸文件和资料并整理归档。
9.负责组织企划本季产品发布、宣传摄影等相关工作。

任职要求：
1.男女不限 设计专业毕业；
2.2年以上同行业工作经验；
3.良好的素质，形象气质佳；
4.喜爱户外运动，对户外运动产品有独特的见解；
5.具备良好的沟通和表达能力；
6.善于把握潮流，发现新元素；
7.具备良好的团队合作精神。
