岗位职责：
1、制定年度销售计划并组织实施
2、合理控制销售费用预算
3、制定销售系统考核及激励机制，部门员工发展规划
4、建立、健全各种营销管理制度，推动公司销售管理系统规范化、科学化
5、维护与合作方的良好关系，树立品牌形象
6、培训销售人员，建设和管理高素质的销售队伍，指导终端完成销售计划
7、整理反馈一线市场及数字信息，为商品企划及市场调整提供依据。
8、结合仓管部门，做好客户商品支持工作。

任职要求：
1、要求行业经验6年以上，同职位或更高职位工作经验3年以上；
2、美学功底好，思路清晰，沟通能力强；
3、有户外服装从业经验者优先。
