岗位职责
1.对分管片区的服装店铺进行管理，新开店铺货品陈列；
2.店铺销售分析、促销方案并实施、提升店铺销售业绩；
3.定期和不定期巡店；
4.店长、营业员进行培训；
5.新品上市促销及陈列；
6.与加盟商或商场沟通，做好协调工作。

任职要求：
1.男女不限，男性优先，23-35岁；
2.懂服装陈列知识、熟悉服装销售基本技能、对店铺管理有一定经验；
3.3年以上同等职位工作经验优先；
4.能适应经常出差、巡店和驻店。
