岗位职责：

1.合理安排、提醒经理的日常工作时间和程序；
2.负责对外联络，做好公司会议纪要，备忘录及其它文件的整理；

3.协助经理对重要业务资料进行档案管理；
4.负责及时传达经理的各项指示安排，起草经理交办的信函、、报告、文件等各类文件；
5.完成董事长交办的其他工作的督办、协调及落实任务；

6.协助完成办公资产、办公用品与杂物的采购、维护和管理，统计行政费用的使用情况；
7.维护公司日常办公秩序和办公环境；

任职资格：

1.20-30岁，形象气质好，管理相关专业专科以上学历；

2.工作细致认真，谨慎细心，责任心强；
3.能承受较大工作压力，善于学习；

4.为人诚实可靠、品行端正。

工作时间安排：

单休：08：30-17：30 （中午休息时间：12：00-13：00）
