Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1.According to practical experience and KPI, lead the training session for the new MKT promoters. Dedicate to optimizing the training content and process.
新市场推广顾问入职培训，根据现场活动经验以及公司KPI，完善培训内容并优化培训流程
2.Check the development situation of booth activities. Encourage and train the promoters.
检查booth活动地点活动开展情况，对现场推广顾问进行培训与激励
3.Keep good communication with appointed team members, try to reduce the turnover rate and at the same time increase the team outcome.
与指定团队人员保持良好沟通，降低团队流失率，提高团队产出
4.Review team performance on a weekly basis, lead the team to finish appointed target at high standard.
每周进行团队人员工作回顾，带领所负责的团队高标准完成指定任务
5.Collect and summarize the feedback of booth promotion activities, provide solution.
收集市场推广顾问反馈的意见，归纳总结，提出解决方案
6.Conduct promotion activity at appointed venue and achieve promotion target.
按公司要求在指定活动地点参加推广活动，并完成每次活动的推广任务
7.Evaluate and track the outcome of joint promotion activities.
评估联合推广活动的成效
8.Support promotion activity of other MKT department，finish other appointed MKT task .
支持市场部门的其它宣传活动，完成市场部门要求的其他工作
