Major Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1.代表MINTH集团争取新业务.
Be behalf of Minth to catch new business
2.既代表客户利益,也代表公司利益,服务于客户
On behalf of the clients as well as the Company, serving customers.
3.建立或支持海外业务代表设定要争取的客户目标车型与目标产品.
Creat or Assist overseas representative to set up target car model and target parts to catch.
4.完成报价提交或支持海外业务代表提交报价, 平衡同一客户不同区域的价格策略. Make or Assist overseas representative to do the quotation and balance the quotation in different region of the same customer.
5.追踪报价,实时了解客户的变化,进而更新报价策略.
Track the quotation which we have quoted to customer with overseas representative team, and update the price stratagem based on customer requirement and competitor’s price.
6.支持项目部完成技术评审.
Assist to make technical review presentation.
7.接待客户的拜访.
Arrange customer's reception.
8.评审新业务合同.
Review the contract of new business.
9.建立客户的中国办公室的业务关系.
Set up the relationship with Customer China office.
10.研究客户的新车型计划和采购策略.
Study Customer's new car model and purchase strategy.
11.代表公司和客户来监控项目开发进展.
Be behalf of company and customer to monitor the new awarded project to move ahead.
12.获取交样订单和模具订单.
Acquire the Purchase order and Tooling order of the awarded project.
13.召开项目启动会.
Arrange to kick off project.
14.完成开发过程中的工程变更报价.
Following Engineering changes quotation.
15.由于工程变更, 完成价格合同的更新.
Following purchase order to update if any price changes.
16.发布工程交样订单.
Release the delivery for engineering sample.
17.建立发票模板.
Set up a master plaque of invoice.
18.维护客户网络运行.
Monitor the supplier website running.
19.建立客户的订单路径,物流路径, 回款路径.
Set up receiving customer order route ,logistic route, payment route.
20.负责模具款, 工程样件款的回款.
Be in charge of the tooling payment, engineering sample's payment.

Requirements 任职要求:

2. 精通英语，有多元文化的经历或意识，以便能与不同文化背景的客户进行有效沟通.
Excellent English and multicultural experience or awareness is a MUST in order to be able to communicate with people from all different culture.
