Job Purpose:
To provide quality merchandising service to customers, through order coordination and follow-up, to assist in the achievement of division's business objectives. (preferred candidate who with outdoor garment experience and technical knowledge.)

Job Descriptions:
1. Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Review Purchase Orders
- Obtain quotations from and negotiate price with vendors
- Monitor and check production status
- Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories, e.g. delivery delay

2. Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements
- Source material or accessories
- Source new vendors
- Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers' requirements

3. Arrange lab dips and liase with washing house for washed legs approval

4. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval
- Inspect samples
- Pack and send samples

5. Perform other duties as assigned by Merchandiser Supervisor

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, over 5 years working experience in fashion garment industry.
2. Have good product knowledge in garment, mainly in fashion and casual wear (jacket, coat, skirt, dress, blouse and pants).
3. Good command of English both in written and spoken.
4. Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
5. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
