DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Responsible for accounting entries in SAP such as vendor invoices, bank statements processing
2.Execute monthly financial close process including journal entries and reconciliations within set company timelines
3.Responsible for the accuracy of balance sheet account reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
4.Maintain fixed assets records
5.Payroll processing China
6.Develop product costing and inventory analyses
7.Implement and maintain accounting and control procedures
8.Support creation of monthly management reports
9.Support the annual budget preparation and budget control as required
10.Responsible for compiling supporting documentation for annual external audits and interfacing with the audit team
11.Support taxation matters and local statutory requirements
12.Ensure all accounting information is in compliance with company policies
13.Consistently support compliance by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable laws and regulations, and the Company’s policies and procedures
14.Complete other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business operations
15.Manage relationships with external stakeholders incl. auditors, government authorities, advisors
16.Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Strong technology skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications (especially Excel) and SAP ERP
2. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
3. Must be able to work in fast-paced and growing environment
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal, written
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Ability to operate/work in an high growth & entrepreneurial environment
7. Motivated, self-starter who desires success
8. Demonstrated ability to be customer focused and responsive to questions and needs in a deadline driven environment
9. Ability to work in a team environment, and leverage additional resources as needed
10. Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs
11. Prioritization of workload for self to ensure all key deadlines are met
12. Detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through skills
13. Possess a thorough understanding of financial statement construction and analysis

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
1. Master or bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
2. Four (4) years of progressive Finance/ Accounting experience in an international company
3. Fluent in English

1. Must be available for long, varied work hours at times
Preferred Qualifications:
2. Chartered Accountancy (CPA) will be an advantage
