Major Responsibilities:

1. Drive and support all equipment and manufacturing services purchasing

2. Service contracts support for manufacturing related activities.

3. Cost evaluation of different projects involving fixed asset purchasing

4. Supply base assessment for equipment manufacturers in China

5. Understanding of tractor manufacturing equipment and application

6. Recommend and assist for any request for supplier or equipment identification

7. Manage all procurement activities including timing and installation of equipment and other services

8. Provide cost information related to equipment refurbishment and installation including labor cost and hours

9. Support other departments in setting program budgets and equipment selection

Qualification:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years experience buying manufacturing equipment for heavy equipment, automotive, construction equipment manufacturing companies.

2. Good understanding of shop floor equipment maintenance and specification

3. Hands-on experience in machining centers, assembly equipment, hoists specifications, motors type and application, jigs design and specification/materials fixtures and other tools required to run automotive oriented manufacturing operations.

4. Legal understand of contact content, process and format.

5. Understanding basic English and having worked for foreign or JV companies could be a plus.

6. self driven individual with interpersonal skills capacity to work with cross functional teams and handle major projects from start to finish.
