职位描述：
Making the required commodities and services available at economic conditions and on schedule to the company from worldwide sourcing markets.

Responsibility

1. Execute indirect material purchasing activities
2. Implementing the agreed supplier management within the defined material group strategies
3. Analysis of Cost Break Down from the suppliers for the assigned commodities
4. Pro-active research for reduction of procurement costs.
5. Obtaining and evaluating quotations and participating in contract negotiations in agreement with the superior
6. Request for quotations, evaluations and negotiations of quotations
7. Reporting & controlling of defined information and figures to make results transparent.
8. Ensure the goods and services delivered by suppliers meet the specification, environmental requirements and operation needs with cost effectively
9. Supplier development and management for quality, delivery, price
10. Master Data Maintenance, Failure Reports and Correction of wrong data
11. Filing the PO and contract


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education: Bachelor degree with major in supply chain or related
2. Language Skills: English fluent
3. Job-related Experience: Up to 3 years
4. Good knowledge of business processes, SAP, Microsoft office, lotus note
