Job Description工作职责:

？ Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, air and water-cooled combustion engines, and diesel-gas-LP powered engine problems on all Tennant products. 主要负责对所有坦能机器进行故障检测和维修机械，电气和液压系统，解决空冷或水冷发动机，柴油，汽油和液化石油动力的发动机问题。
？ Responsible for scheduling and completing all Planned Maintenance Service Agreements on Tennant products as scheduled. 负责策划和执行所有计划内坦能机器的维护维修协议。
？ Responsible for monitoring and controlling expenses and assuming complete service responsibility within his/her territory. 负责所属区域内的费用监督和控制，提供完善的维修服务。
？ Assist manager by making territory boundary changes and customer alignment recommendations. 协助部门经理变更所辖区域和建议客户调整。
？ Satisfy, in a timely and complete fashion, all business reporting documentation: timesheets, repair orders, machine checklists, receiving records, expense reports, and repair order logs. 及时完整地完成所有所务报告，时间表，维修订单，机器清单，收货记录，费用报告和维修订单日志。
？ Receive incoming parts orders, verify quantities, store material in proper service truck bin location, assign and adjust bin locations, and assure that excess inventory is purged. 接收零部件订单，检查质量，将货物存放到适当的货架位置，分配和调节存贮位置，保证清除冗余库存。
？ Advise the customer of his/her present and/or future service needs. 为客户提供及时和将来的维修建议。

？ Responsible for effectively scheduling time and arranging customer service calls to maintain effective customer service. 有效的安排工作时间和电话跟踪维持有效的客户服务。

Requirement/要求:

? Strong mechanical aptitude; 在机械方面的过硬能力

? Five years of experience working in direct contact with customers on service-related activities; 在维修领域与客户直接接触的五年工作经验
? Two years of technical school training in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, plus two years of experience repairing mobile equipment (forklifts, small engine repair, construction equipment, or automobiles); 两年机械、电气和液压设备方面故障排查和维修的技校培训经验，并且具有两年的移动设备维修经验（叉车，小引擎设备维修，建筑设备或汽车等）
