Legal risk:
o Review and provide legal advice on tender documents.
o Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.
o Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate.
o Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.
o Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to staff.
？ Litigation management
o Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
？ Regulatory compliance
o Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.
o Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
？ Contract negotiation
o Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention.
o Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
o Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time.
o pass the judical examination
o Be proficient in Legal English

o Translation both in oral and in written for BD tasks.
o Researching new markets (supply, demand, competitors, SA/hotel scores, new management opportunities).
o Maintaining the database of performance of existing properties in China.
o Assisting to prepare presentation, proposal, HoTs and contracts for projects pitching / negotiation.
