职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Integrating, understanding and anticipating sourcing needs aligned with company goal
2. Forecasting of material cost and identification of economic trends that impact raw material prices
3. Identification and development of (alternative)suppliers
4. Competitive sourcing through issue RFQ, quotation analysis, negotiation, contract award
5. Manage projects to ensure successful delivery while establishing clear goals and accountabilities
6. Develop project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks and develop contingency plans
7. Arrange performance review with key suppliers to evaluate supplier performance for improvement
8. Perform analysis of supplier spend data and process metrics to proactively recommend improvements
9. Support indirect procurement processes and systems implementation
10. Work closely with the Global Purchasing team to develop sourcing strategies, and other assigned tasks
11. Contract implementation and management, category management
Qualifications :
1. Undergraduate degree, majored in Mechanical engineering
2. 8+ years purchasing/sourcing working experience
3. Proven negotiation skills
4. Independent, initiative and self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure and deadline
5. Demonstrated commodity management and project management skills
6. Good analysis and problem solving skills with high degree of responsibilities sense
7. Strong verbal, written communication and excellent presentation skills
8. Skillful at oral and written in English, PC skill and ERP system
