Requirement:
· University graduate;
· Excellent English;
· Systems knowledge;
· Computer literate;
· Minimum 2 years work experience in similar industry would be preferred.
Job description:
· to have a knowledge of student visa processing procedures for UK,USA, Australia, Canada, and all major English speaking countries of the world where we have schools;
· Liaising with students, parents and agents on a daily basis to ensure all paperwork pertaining to visa application and relating to programme entry requirements are all completed in a timely and efficient manner;
· Communicating daily with our schools abroad regarding our students
Chasing agents and students for swift payment of tuition fees;
· Keeping everything organized in the internal systems so everything is transparent and easy to find.
The person:
Independent but also able to work as a part of a team;
· excellent English is a must;
· good communicator, cheerful with a positive disposition, good sense of humour;
· willing to work hard, willing to travel within China and abroad as necessary;
· organized, professional, and someone who is results-orientated.
