?He/she is the GM’s representative inside and outside the company, and serves as a liaison for board of directors, advisers and chairman.

?The Personal Assistant to the GM acts as an intermediator, frequently interfacing with leadership teams and each of his/her direct reports, perspective clients, and other levels. good communication skills, and organizational abilities are vital to the position

?He/she should be well-versed and have an in-depth knowledge of the company’s services and policies, and industry knowledge

?He/she is responsible for distributing meeting agendas, scheduling meetings and recording and transcribing meeting minutes.

?He/she maintains the general manager’s schedule, booking meetings and appointments, and serving as a gatekeeper, screening calls. He/she may also be responsible for the general manager’s personal and business correspondence, including emails and memos.

?He/she should be able to take direction and self-motivate, as well as handle her responsibilities with little oversight.

任职要求:
?Master Degree preferred, overseas study experience a plus.
硕士学位优先,有海外学习经历者尤佳。

?English level 8 or above
英语8级水平或以上。

?5 years or above Administrative Assistant's experience; foreign company related working experience preferred.
5年及以上行政助理经验;具有相关外资企业工作经验者优先。

?Exceptional communication and presentation skills
优秀的交流和演讲技能。

?Acts as an interpreter for the GM as required
按要求担任总经理的口语翻译。

?Provides and/or oversees written translation in an efficient and timely manner
及时高效地进行翻译并/或审核书面翻译。

?Prepares documents, reports, and power point presentations as required
根据实际情况准备文件、报告和会议展示所需的PPT。

?Strong PC skills, including experience with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation programs (e.g. PowerPoint).

?Makes travel arrangements for the GM to include setting up meetings, hotel, flights, meals, transportation etc.

?Makes travel arrangements for GM’s family as required
按要求安排总经理家人的行程。

?Ability to manage multiple projects on time,
具备及时管理多个项目的能力。

?Plans, schedules and coordinates guest visits and/or meetings as required
根据实际情况与客户协调,安排客户来访和/或举行会议,且制定计划和日程表。

?Provide accurate and efficient interpreting for meetings with clients as required
按要求准确高效地为与客户进行的会议提供口译。

?Responsible for lunch/dinner arrangements with clients, guests, etc as required.
按要求负责安排与客户、来宾等的午餐/晚餐。

?Maintains up to date business licenses, Property Management Certification, ISO Certifications etc. for Corporate Office and Branches
维护并更新企业办公室和分部的营业执照,物业管理认证书,ISO证书。

?Arrange and insure all travel documents are properly registered and renewed for the GM and his family as required.
安排并确保总经理及其家人的所有旅行文件均得以妥善登记并更新。

?Manage phone calls in professional manner, screens, and records all messages and insure proper and appropriate follow up.
以专业方式接听电话,对电话进行筛选并记录所有信息,且确保进行适当的跟进。

?Able to travel as required.
按要求出差。

?Able to work under pressure;
