职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities:

• Organize and execute the bundling of the demands of the different sites and projects for optimum utilization of procurement power.


• Develop and lead sourcing strategy to source new suppliers for the assigned commodities, such as Freight & Transportation, Packaging etc.


• Actively influences the sourcing process during development phase by supplier selection, negotiation of prices, and sourcing decision.


• Drives annual negotiations to constantly improve the cost situation.


• Supporting global MGM （material group management） team for Freight & Transportation / Packaging or other commodities strategy implementation.


• Ensure the goods and services delivered by suppliers meet the specification, environmental requirements and operation needs with cost effectively


• Reporting & controlling of defined information and figures to make results transparent.


• Negotiation & Closure of global or regional frame contracts / major projects within all sites in China.


• Supplier Management (as a member of a cross-functional team) to ensure the best suppliers and to guarantee an optimum supply chain.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree.

- At least 8 years of experience in the Freight & Transportation / Packaging Business in Multinational companies.

- Market knowledge (within China and globally) is essential, especially in Freight & Transportation / Packaging area.

- Excellent leadership / negotiation / communication/interpersonal relations skills

- Team working spirit

- Fluent English, writing, reading and speaking is a must.

- Willingness and ability to travel across China
