职位描述：

1. Provides technical assistance to customers through phone interactions, emails and direct visits.
2. Support sales team offering engineering solutions and sales tools like catalogues and etc.
3. Prepare detailed seals designs/solutions to solve specific customer application issues.
4. Work closely with the Global Engineering Team to ensure the solutions and detailed designs would be alligned with the global design trends in a given application.
5. Coordinate customer projects within the organization and ensure the design & drawings to be conform to local production requirement.
6. Be responsible for successful product designs and proceed design changes for customer projects.
7. Work with process engineer for calculating the products' cost and propose the selling price.
8. Samples arrangement and coordinate with manufacturing team for customers' trial runs.
9. Coordinate with R&D for material analysis, failure mode analysis, certain in-house test for the big potential projects.
10. Competitor infomation collection and market trend searching.
11. Communicating with related department people internally.
12. Participate in self-development and training of others.
13. Release regularlly the exhibition info, visit the trade shows and prepare the sales lead.

1. BS or Master degree of mechanical engineering or related major.
2. At least 3 years relative working experience, seal knowledge in auto application is preferred.
3. Excellent project management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good time and priority management.
6. Willing to take pressure and self-motivated.
7. Research and problem solving skills.
8. Familiar with AUTOCAD, Solidworks skill is preferred.
9. Good English communication level in both writing and speaking.
