职位描述：
Job Description:
- Co-ordinates Business Group(BG)-wide network of Local Concept Owner(LCO)s and Key User(KU)s on all sites where BG is actively doing mechanical design work. Organizes regular meetings, drives the discussions about MCAD topics within the community. Ensures communication of know how between sites and collects requests and needs from sites. Harmonizes tools and processes across sites.
- Co-operates with Global Concept Owners of other disciplines like PWB or thermal design and with tool owners from other business lines. Drives interoperability between MCAD tools and tools of other disciplines.
- Co-operates with tool category managers to identify license and feature needs and ensures the usability of the tool set across BG sites.
- Participates in defining the MCAD tool environment of MN to satisfy current and future needs.
- Ensures that the right level of support is given by the currently external service provider to MCAD users, by collecting and harmonizing user’s needs, keeping up the communication with vendor, and controlling vendor’s actual performance against the targets.
- Ensures that a use-able and up-to-date 3D MCAD parts library is available that fits user’s requirements regarding model types, quality, availability and compatibility.

Short-term task:
- Implement regular and efficient communication within the BG MCAD community (Local Concept Owners, Key Users)
- Lead a small team to define a specification for the future BG MCAD 3D model library that needs to be compatible with the ECAD library to ensure collaboration between the disciplines.
- Drive the implementation of MCAD 3D model library.
- Collect user’s requirements for a better tool and process support. Set up a proposal for an improved tool and process support model for Creo.
