1. Manage, maintain and repair the building systems, including but not limited: Building and Facilities, HVAC, Electrical, Compressed and Dried Air System, Elevator, etc


2. Set-up PPM scheme and ensure PPM 100% completed on time; Response and implement service request within required timeline


3. To initiate, direct, monitor and control daily performance of O&M technicians, and ensure that all activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner


4. Be responsible for daily operation and maintenance, annual testing etc. of site 10KV transformer station.


5. Be responsible for operation and maintenance plan of power, elevators, lightning and construction temporary power supply.


6. Be responsible for operation and maintenance of site HVAC, compressed air, N2 etc.


7. Manage vendor/subcontractors as appropriate


8. Actively participate in and is dedicated to continuous improvement programs


9. Conduct performance reviews and goal setting with each employee under his/her direction


10. Be responsible for all facility SOP update


11. Be responsible for relative cost control.


12. Be responsible for all other assignment.
    

    
    

    
    

Necessary Requirements 任职资格

1. A Bachelor / degree in Electrical/HVAC/Mechanical engineering, HVAC and Electrical is preferred


2. 5+years’ experience in area of facility operation and maintenance for foreign company


3. Good interpersonal skills at all levels and can stick him own opinion.


4. Carry out strict construction standards, government, local or industry requirements. Stop any violation during construction in time.


5. Good English Language Skills (verbal & writing skills).


6. Familiar with equipment installation standards.


7. Good computer skills（Microsoft Office, Auto CAD etc.）
