1. Develop process for new project and take lead to control all steps of project in operations department. Develop manufacturing documents (such as flow chart, P-FMEA, working instruction)
   

   针对新项目 (新产品或者新生产线) ，开发新的制造工艺；领导运营部的团队成员，控制和监督每个新项目的所有生产环节。负责建立所有的生产文件，包括产品流程图、P-FMEA(生产工艺中的产品缺陷及其后果影响分析）、作业指导书。

   
   


2. Control and optimize process in order to improve the production efficiency, quality and safety.
   

   监控和优化相关工艺工艺流程，以期提高生产产能、产品质量、生产安全性。

   
   


3. Continuous improvement for each problem of process.
   

   持续改进生产工艺。

   
   


4. Analysis the production data to solve the daily production problem timely.
   

   分析日常生产数据，及时解决日常的生产问题。

   
   


5. Analysis of production capacity and generate improvement actions with other function department Plan and coordinate the activities with respect to development of tools and fixtures required Implement lean manufacturing at workshop.
   

   分析生产线的产能问题，与其它职能部门制定改进措施，通过优化生产工具、工装等硬件设备，在车间日常生产中实现精益制造。

   
   


6. Others job assigned by management.
   

   完成管理层指派的其它工作。

   
   

Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. Bachelor degree of electronic or electric.
   

   电气工程、电子工程或相关专业的学士或以上学位

   
   

1. At least 8 years working experience. At least 5 years’ experience of process control in a JV or foreign WO.
   

   至少8年相关工作经验，至少5年外资或独资企业的工艺控制方面经验

   
   


2. Experience in electronics or automotive area is preferred.
   

   具备汽车或电子制造领域的经验优先考虑

   
   


3. Good coordinate skill, communication skill.
   

   具备良好的合作和交流技巧

   
   


4. Self-motivated and independent.
   

   独立的、自我激励的工作能力

   
   


5. Experience with quality methodologies and tools.
   

   熟悉质量管理方面的工具和方法

   
   


6. Project management experience is preferred.
   

   具备项目管理方面的经验优先考虑

   
   


7. Familiar with FMEA, MSA, PPAP. Basic knowledge in TS16949.
   

   掌握FMEA, MSA, PPAP等常用工具，具备TS16949方面的基础知识

   
   


8. Good oral and written English.
   

   英语口语和书面方面熟练

   
   


9. Familiar with office software (Windows, MS office, MS project, AutoCAD).
