概述：
通过秩序管理、支援及后勤保障使运营更顺畅，学校管理更便捷。
角色：
通过对于学校现有的情况，以及可能出现的问题进行判断，及时做出解决方案或者预防方案给到校长。运营专员对内，学校现有团队进行定期观察和了解，并能提出一些建设性意见；对外，预防及解决突发事件以及保持学校日常运营稳定有序，直属校长领导，配合校长使运营更顺畅，学校满意度更高。
工作职责：
? 维护学校内秩序和学员的安全，保持学校内通畅、有序
? 第一时间尝试解决客户对学校（销售、班主任、老师、其他等）的问题或投诉，并及时汇报给校长，维护公司利益
? 检查学校内接待区域工作人员的工作情况及遵守纪律情况，并及时反馈校长
? 检查学校内各项设施设备的完好情况，维护学校的高端品质
? 保证学校各项功能运行正常，及时排除可防范的弊端
? 支持校区活动及俱乐部活动开展
? 建立并保持同广大客户的良好关系
? 提供客户或访客一切必要的协助和服务
? 协助各部门进行学员满意度的管理
? 负责协调处理各类突发事件
? 易耗用品的采购及管理
? 管理助教团队
任职资格:
? 喜欢孩子，并关注他们的成长
? 本科以上学历
? 有教育培训机构相关工作经验者优先
? 有开放的心态，具备优秀的沟通能力

Synopsis:
Make the operation more smoothly and school management more convenient through logistics, support and order management
The role:
A supporter for all internal staff, like a household. Directly led by CD
You will:
? Protect the safety of the school and students in order
? Handle the complaints and suggestions
? Monitor the performance of the staffs and give feedback timely
? Check the school facilities in good condition and maintain high-end brands of EF
? To Insure the school normal operation and eliminate the risk of can prevent in time
? Support to school activities and Life Club
? Establish and maintain good relations with the customers
? To provide customers or visitors all the necessary assistance and services
? Assist the departments in the management of NPS
? Coordinate and handle various types of emergencies
? Consumable supplies purchase and management
? Manager TA team
You have/are:
? Love children and care about their growth
? Bachelor degree or above
? Education training institutions related working experience is preferred
? Open minded, willing to communicate with people, good communication skills
? Strong sense of responsibility and good faith
? Good team player
? Focus on details
? Good planning and organizing ability, work flexible and able to deal with uncertainties
? Good service sense
? Good at emotion management
? Fluent in both oral and written English.
? Having good command of MS Office and can perform advanced data analysis.
? Able to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
