职位描述：
? Plant facilities maintenance, including power supply, lighting, air condition, exhaust system, compressed air, vacuum system, waste water system, water, gas supply, fire safety, fire door and detection system.
? Test, inspect, troubleshoot, calibrate and repair production equipment, ensure all equipment are stable and no interruption to impact the manufacturing operation.
? Building maintenance, road and environmental improvement, manage a team of facilities personnel to achieve business results in terms of compliance of safety, cost, quality, site delivery, timeline.
? Prepare facility maintenance strategy, responsible for maintenance, vendor management and contract administration covering services related to facilities management.
? Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and environmental guidelines (based on ISO14001 and OHSAS18000), as well company policies and procedures.
? Communication with local authorities such as power, water, fire-fighting departments on handling related affairs in proper way.
? Safety management.
? Maintain proper documentation of requests, changes, incidents, etc.
? Other projects line manager assigned.

职位要求：
? College degree or above
? More than 5 years experience in facility management in manufacturing industry
? Must possess a general knowledge of industrial maintenance and engineering, as well waste water treatment practice; comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the facilities and manufacturing requirements, strong EHS experience.
? Electricity, Infrastructure, Building, Knowledge of ISO 14000 & OHSAS 18000 system.
? Strong interpersonal and direct labor management.
? Demonstrated ability to effectively take action.
? Ability to build relationships and work across a multi-product line organization.
? Have a good command of English capability.
