Job Summary:
Enhance client satisfaction by appropriate business needs identification, proper solution rollout (mainly technical based) and high level of data sourcing.
1) Develop programming requests from Online Panel Project.
2) Secure the sourcing data by close collaboration with the client.
3) Work closely with servicing team to ensure on time and high quality delivery
4) Workflow design & monitoring by troubleshooting, process improvement when business needs.
5) Represent BU to coordinate online Panel project with other parties.
6) Data analysis and research

Typical Position Pre-requisites:
1) At least university degree holder.
2) Proven strong Oracle/SQL knowledge with familiarization in development tools, i.e. VB, C#, etc.
3) 3 years working experience with 1 year in supervisory role or above is preferred.
4) Proficient in both oral & written English
5) E-business working experience or familiarization with china online retailer system is a plus
