Objective
To design, sell, and execute research studies, to act as a consultant to clients and internal staff on study and research and design issues, and to manage a group of account management, project management, and support staff.

Accountabilities
- Consults with clients and evaluates new business opportunities
- Updates clients on the benefits of new or unfamiliar ACNielsen BASES' services
- Proposes studies to clients
- Designs and estimates costs of projects
- Provides direction and consults with analytical staff on specific forecasting issues
- Reviews volume forecasts prior to delivery to clients
- Leads client meetings and serves as senior representative in client communications
- Pursues new business from existing and potential clients
- Meets group revenue and contribution goals
- Guides direct reports regarding management practices
- Supervises direct reports by answering questions, providing constructive and consistent feedback, and conducting performance appraisals in a timely manner
- Commits to equal opportunity employment

Requirements
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of statistics, research techniques, and experimental procedures
- Knowledge of marketing research
- Knowledge of in-market data
- Knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry

Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing research or a related field
- Supervisory experience

- 6+ years of experience in marketing research or a related field
- Experience with ACNielsen BASES' services and forecasting models
- Experience with another language
