Job Responsibilities:
• Produce Advanced Panel analyses as required by CPS and CS leadership. Work with CS teams to
understand market dynamics, and be able to build a "story" around the retail data.
• Support the preparation of thought provoking presentations using Panel data, including
recommendations for clients.
• Contribute to achievement of overall client revenue target, through delivery of projects
according to agreed plans.
• Contribute to the development of Panel-oriented workshops and training.
• Train Client Service in software usage and be the go to person to build software and CPS
knowledge across the CS teams
• Advise on best practice approaches in Advanced Panel
• Support the creation of best practice approaches in using analytic software to support retail
and consumer insights
• Develop a network of relationships across the client service teams in order to support them in
their Panel needs.
• Contribute to the development and facilitate the sharing of best-demonstrated Panel analytical
practice.
• Liaise as required with specialist teams to support development of Panel functionality and
insights

Key Requirements:
• 3 years business experience supported, ideally in an FMCG environment using consumer panel data.
• Proficient in Advanced Panel analysis.
• Skills in coaching and training in Panel software and analyses
• Client Focused with strong analytical skills
• Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships within own sphere of operation
• Ability to adapt own style and approaches to meet the needs of others
• Good understanding of FMCG industry and trends
• Some involvement in project planning and implementation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business English
