Online Programmer

Accountabilities:

- For timely, accurate and cost efficient setting up of on-line surveying for projects generated by ACNielsen Research Consultants across the region.

- This will include Web Based surveys, Email Based surveys, Popup surveys and Intranet surveys.

- For managing the sample source and broadcasting the email invitations and reminder emails, and responding to support requests from respondents

- For providing accurate statistical reporting on projects, e.g. number of hits, suspensions, interview durations

- For setting up the real time reporting analysis and setting up the final e-Delivery requirements

- For setting up and providing technical support for Online Focus Groups

- For setting up and maintaining databases for ePanels- Providing technical support to Nielsen online Research Consultants

- Other programming duties as and when required

Requirements:

- College above and major in IT is a must

- Would like to work in research data analysis/database or research information services environment including experience with Surveycraft (CATI), scyWeb

- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript

- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

- Statistical analysis experience

- Ability to work in a team environment and take and give direction

- Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies

- Follow-up and time management skills

- Time Management and Project Management skills

- Good organizational skills
