Title:	CSR specialist
Department:	Asia Pacific	Reports to:	CSR manager

GENERAL PURPOSE

This position is responsible for effectively maintaining the Company's social, environmental, and security requirements of its Asia Pacific supply base. Work with our suppliers in continuous improvement of their internal systems.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

·

· Support the manager in implementing, training, and promotion of Milestone CSR and C-TPAT programs to external and internal parties

· Ongoing review and understanding of our customers' CSR requirements ensuring our own CSR requirements are in line with that of our customers

· Evaluate suppliers' social compliance system

· Creation of supplier corrective actions based on audit results, assist and monitor the implementation corrective actions in a timely manner

· Communicate corrective action resolution to the Company's National accounts

· Maintain knowledge of industry including knowledge of local labor laws in regions our suppliers operate

· Assist second and third party audits and CAPs

· Responsible for file /data management

· Perform other duties deemed necessary to support the Company's business operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

· Demonstrated ability working with minimal supervision and exercising judgment in developing and implementing strategies for results.

· Self-starter with the ability to manage to tight timelines.

· Positive, energetic attitude and initiative; strong work ethic.

· Strong written and oral communication skills (English and Mandarin)

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Ability to multi-task and manage several projects through completion at one time; while providing high attention to details.

· Developed problem analysis and problem solving skills.

· Proficient in the use of personal computers, internet and Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (or related e-mail system).

· Must possess high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

· Bachelor's degree in related field

· 3-5 years of experience auditing and creating corrective action plans in the areas of labor, safety, security, and environmental programs in a manufacturing environment.

· Demonstrated experience in cross-functional teams

· Knowledge of China labor and environmental laws

· Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO14000 and SA8000 standards

Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiar with EICC standard and Wal-mart's Supplier Development Program(SDP)

· General office environment; Manufactures visit

· Travel as needed (up to 25%)
