职位描述：
Key Accountabilities

？Drive consistent process/metrics/disciplines and implement best-in-class planning practice within the function.
？Assess, train, coach, motivate and develop planning skill sets within the team.
？Implement, co-ordinate, and strengthen SIOP process, drive alignment within commercial, marketing, retail operation, finance, logistics and other related functions.
？Work to lay down foundation for inventory planning process: ABC classification, velocity analysis, robust safety stock review and lead time management etc.
？Possess strong analytical and modelling skills. Perform sales/logistics network model analysis and recommend optimal network proposal.
？Manage key performance metrics including Fill rate, DOH etc., proactively manage Dead & Excess inventory and achieve consistency in operation, monitor and continuously drive to improve performance.
？Be systematically thinking and continuously improve the related process and procedure by the points identified as inefficient in daily work.
？Develop and implement best practices in inventory and distribution planning. Actively manage inventory plan, including system parameters and formulas. Strive to achieve consistent fill rate/service level to exceed customer expectations with optimal inventory level and operating expenses.
？Must be systems savvy and have had experience in optimizing performance through effective utilization of ERP/planning systems.
？Strong ability to collaborate closely with other functional leaders to achieve common goals and commitments.
？Apply related methodology or model of Supply Chain Risk Management to identify, prioritize and mitigate the risk in order to ensure a reliable and efficient inventory plan.
？Take other duties as assigned.

Experience/Knowledge
Essential:
  Bachelor Degree or above
?Minimum of 5 years experience in demand planning, material planning, and process improvement. At least 3 years in management position
?Solid experience in logistic/warehouse management of retailer.

Skills/Competencies
Essential:
?Microsoft software (i.e. word, excel)
?Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
?Good communication skills
?Be proactive & independent
?Be dynamic, well organized and rigorous, have good sense of synthesis
?Effective negotiation and analytical skills
?Sensitive to figures/ data
?Mature, analytical thinking, resourceful with good initiative, flexible to cope with change and able to work under pressure and a good team player

Desirable:
