职位描述：
(Philips Monitor)
Responsibilities:
1.Formulate annual strategic marketing plans and manage annual budget for the department.
2.Cooperate with PM, sales team, and channel partners to develop and implement marketing activities both online and offline.
3.Make hot style products through effective marketing activities based on marketing analysis.
4.Strengthen brand and product awareness and position through sophisticated marketing management.
5.Enhance business relationship with key media to improve brand and product position.
6.Lead and motivate marketing team to accomplish targets.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, marketing or economics background preferred.
2.8+ years of marketing experience in consumer goods, preferred in IT or internet hardware products.
3.3+ years experience in team management. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4.Strong knowledge and experience in managing Marcom and product definition.
5.Good command of English communication.
