职位描述:
线上课程服务专员负责管理客户体验体系以及处理学员与家长反馈的各类问题。这是一个面向学员与家长的第一线岗位。
 
 
负责英孚青少儿线上产品的初始运营阶段,家长以及学员信息的管理以及问题的处理。
及时的将课程报告提供给学员及家长,并反馈来自学员的意见给到教学老师
及时处理线上课堂中的一些平台中的技术问题(公司提供系统技术培训)
订课系统的确认以及课前提醒的发送,包括课程更改提醒的确认。
及时发送课后练习的反馈以及提醒,鼓励学员及时完成各类课后练习。
管理线上与线下双线反馈与沟通系统
拉动提升客户净推荐值、续费率以及客户有效推荐
 
 
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
 
两年以上客户服务经验
客户服务导向思维
能完成简单的技术支持
有时间管理意识,高效自我管理能力
能承受压力,能够很好的处理冲突
以中文为母语工作
英语良好

 
The Service Specialist (K&T Online) is responsible for managing the customer experience and student and parent communication for students enrolled in EF Kids & Teens online learning programs. This is a front-line student-facing and parent-facing role with key responsibilities being:
 
 Manage the customer experience for up to 100 students and their parents during the initial period of Kids & Teens online operations (CY2017).
Timely sharing of post-lesson reports from students for students and parents, and Provide basic platform troubleshooting to students experiencing issues with the online classroom (training to be provided).
Schedule fixed-timeslot recurring lessons and provide pre-lesson reminders to parents. Reschedule classes as required.
Provide feedback and reminders to encourage timely use of self-study homework activities for students.
Manage two-way communication of students’ progress and feedback between the online school team and the student’s face-to-face EF school.
Drive online student NPS, retention and referral.
 
 
 
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years working in customer service.
Customer experience oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technology-minded.
Punctual, self-organized, and reliable meeting deadlines.
Able to work under pressure and resolve issues or conflicts.
Native-level Chinese user (CEFR C2).
Able to use English for basic professional communication (CEFR B1).
