职位描述：
1、年龄：25~35，大专及以上学历，容貌端正、口齿清晰， 具有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力，有亲和力，较强的责任感与敬业精神（人力资源、行政管理专业优先考虑）；
2、2年以上同岗位经验，了解各类招聘渠道操作流程，招聘渠道的管理和发掘。
3、熟练使用办公软件及办公自动化设备，有一定的写作能力；
4、熟悉公司行政、人事管理的相关事务：公司员工入、离职、合同签订等手续办理；员工档案资料的保管，各类公文、来往函件的撰写，发布、存档；库存物资及固定资产的出入库及盘点。 举报 分享
